Over the years I have had advanced training in Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, chair massage, Swedish, sports massage, and deep-tissue. Credentials I studied at Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City and graduated in 2010. Now, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals relieve stress and pain to help create a work-life balance that they’re proud of, without all the typical crap that comes along with doing the work they love and living their lives. I’m here to help you keep doing what you love. And when you’ve found a career that you love, pain and stress should not distract you from your purpose. So I help heal, educate, and coach you to implement healthier coping techniques because toughing it out leads to burnout.
